We understand clients may need to reschedule or cancel appointments. Should you need to do so, we ask for as much notice as possible as we have reserved this time exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, 50% of the service will be charged. 

If no notice is given and you do not arrive for your appointment time, 100% of the service will be charged

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment via your account on or Website, Blo Bar London App or by calling the Salon during opening times
