PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price of any products will be as quoted on our site. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options as set out in delivery Information.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch Confirmation.
We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, by completing the relevant details on the "checkout" page.
By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Payments made on our site are secure and as we use a payment gateway we do not store any card information
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an Order with BLO BAR, the customer will receive an order acknowledgement and subsequent update email(s). Receipt of the acknowledgement and these emails does not confirm that the order has been accepted by BLO BAR. Order acceptance and the creation of the contract between BLO BAR and the Customer will start at the time the products ordered by the customer are despatched from BLO BAR’s warehouse to be delivered to the address supplied by the customer.
BLO BAR will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in its power to do so, to keep the details of the Customer’s Order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on its part BLO BAR cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by BLO BAR if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Products purchased from BLO BAR are not for re-sale or distribution. BLO BAR can reserve the right to cancel any Orders which are suspected are being purchased for re-sale or distribution.
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier
Please note that we do not dispatch and deliver on bank holidays, Saturday and Sundays
BLO BAR cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party
PASSING OF RISK
Customer will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the Order. BLO BAR accept no liability for undelivered parcels where the customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the Order from the delivery address specified
In the event of an order being lost by a third party, BLO BAR bears no risk once it has left their trading premises
VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
BLO BAR products cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty
If an item is found to be broken or faulty on receipt, please contact us by phone or email. You can choose either to receive a replacement item or to receive a refund. A refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the faulty goods are returned together with their original packaging and receipt within 7 days
If you wish to cancel an order placed at duckanddry.com, please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: email@example.com. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it
Promotional offers are valid when used online at www.duckanddry.com and will allow money off or free delivery when you order from BLO BAR. Offers may require the use of specific codes to be entered during the checkout process. Codes are valid for a set length of time. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Offers may be limited to one use per customer
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
Complaints should be made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be acknowledged within 2 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and confidentially and we will keep you fully informed of the progress
